BERGERIE ROUGE

Appellation: AOP Languedoc

Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence. We grow 250 sheep in our sheepfold (BERGERIE) that fertilize naturally our vineyard without pollution and transportation cost.

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache noir.

Harvest: Manual harvest, in small crates.

Yield: 30 hl/ha

Vinification: Traditional. Cold fermentation. In vats for 21 days.

Alcohol: 13 %

Tasting: This red blend of Grenache and Syrah will charm you by its identity, its red fruits aromas and garrigue flavours. Round mouth well balanced. Ideal with red meats and cheeses. To be served at 16 – 17° c. To be kept: 3 years.

BERGERIE ROSE

Appellation: AOP Languedoc

Cépages: Grenache noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre

Vendanges: Mechanical harvest.

Yield: 40 hl/ha

Vinification: Direct pressing and low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tank (separately by grape variety).Maturation on the lees

Alcohol: 13%

Tasting: This blend rosé wine, will charm you by its pale salmon colour and its fresh red fruitsflavors.The mouth is round, and well balanced.To enjoy with salads, delicatessen, grilled meats and mediterranean cooking.
Serve at 10 – 12°C. Can be kept: 1 -2years.

BERGERIE BLANC

Appellation: AOP Languedoc

Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone,
red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence.

Grapes: Grenache blanc, Viognier, Roussanne.

Harvest: Manual harvest. In small crates. Cool room to avoid oxidation.

Yield: 35 hl/ha

Vinification: Sorting table direct pressing with gas. Fermentation (separately by grape variety) in stainless steel with temperature control

Alcohol: 12.5 %

Tasting: Nice bright pale color. This blend of white grenache and viognier
will charm you with its fresh «muscat» aroma and will complement aperitif,
seafood, grilled fishes and cheese. To be served at 10°C. Can be kept: 2 – 3
years.
