PECHE MIGNON MUSCAT

Appellation: Liquorous Wine (organic sweet muscat)

Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone,
red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence.

Grapes: Muscat

Harvest: Manual in small crates

Yield: 20 to 25 hl/ha

Wine Making: Direct pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control.

Alcohol: 14.5 %

Tasting: This liquorous wine is intense, fruity with elegant notes of citrus fruits resulting from an excellent maturity. The climate is hot but benefits of
the fresh sea influence involving fine aromas.
To enjoy at aperitif, with “foie gras” or at the end of the meal with pastries or cheese (good association with Roquefort). Serve at 9/10°C.
