CHÂTEAU LES LES BUGADELLES ROUGE

Appellation: AOP La Clape

Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with
some sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence.

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache noir.

Harvest: Manual, in small crates.

Yield: 30 hl/ha

Vinification: Traditional, cold fermentation. In vats for 21 days. Aged in oak barrels during 12 months.

Alcohol: 13.5 %

Tasting: This organic red wine «Les Bugadelles» reflect a strong terroir
expression. Its red fruits aromas with smocked notes, its round well balanced palate,
its elegant and fine tannins, make it the ideal companion to grilled red
meats. Serve at 16-17° c. Can be kept for more than 5 years.

CHÂTEAU LES BUGADELLES BLANC

Appellation: AOP La Clape

Soil: The Domain is located in the heart of an abundant « garrigue » nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence.

Grapes: Grenache blanc, Viognier, Roussanne.

Harvest: Manual, in small crates. Cooling of the grapes at 2°C in refrigerated room to avoid any oxydation.

Yield: 35 hl/ha

Vinification: Sorting table, direct pressing at low temperature with gas to avoid any oxydation. Fermentation 100% in French oak barrels (brand new and one wine).maturation on the lees and aged during 12 months.

Alcohol: 14 %

Tasting: Nice, golden, bright color. Fine nose. Its white peach, exotic fruits and fresh vanilla aromas, as well as its round intense balanced palate make it the ideal companion at aperitif to fishes, white meats, or cheeses. To be served at 10°C. Can be kept: 2 – 3 years.

Vinification: Traditional, cold fermentation. In vats for 21 days.

Alcohol: 14 %

Tasting: This organic red wine «Réserve Bugadelles» reflects a strong terroir expression. Deep, rich colour, elegant nose. An intense
bouquet with persisting aromas of wild berries and spices. The mouth is round with soft tannins.
Its blackberry, thyme and rosemary aromas as well as its full-bodied palate make it the ideal companion to grilled red meats and also cheese.
Serve at 16-17° c. Can be kept for more than 4-5 years.

CHÂTEAU LES BUGADELLES ROSE

Appellation: AOP Languedoc

Terroir: The Domaine is located in the heart of an abondant «garrigue» nearby the Mediterranean shore. The soils are mainly limestone with some
sandstone, red clay and shale. Mediterranean climate with strong sea influence. We grow 250 sheep in our sheepfold that fertilize naturally our
vineyard without transportation cost or pollution.

Grapes: Syrah, Grenache noir, Mourvèdre

Harvest: Manual harvest (cases).Cool room to avoid oxidation

Rendement: 40 hl/ha

Vinification: Direct pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tank with
carbonic gas to protect from oxidation at low temperature. Maturation on
the lees.

Alcohol : 13.5 %

Tasting: Nice pale « salmon » pink colour. Fine nose of red fruits. Fresh mouth with a pleasant acidity. Well balanced, elegant with a
lingering finish .Ideal with salads, grilled meats and Mediterranean cooking. Serve at 10/12 ° C.

CHÂTEAU LES BUGADELLES BLANC

Appellation: AOP Languedoc

Terroir: Le Domaine se situe au coeur d’une garrigue foisonnante. Les sols sont à dominante calcaire avec des variantes de grès, argiles rouges, marnes et schistes.
Climat méditerranéen avec influence maritime notoire.

Cépages: Grenache blanc

Vendanges: Manuelle en caissettes. Réfrigération des raisins à 2°C en chambre froide afin d’éviter toute oxydation.

Rendement: 35 hl/ha

Vinification:
Table de tri, pressurage direct à froid sous azote. Débourbage.
Fermentation 100% barriques en chêne français. Elevage sur lies fines pendant 12 mois.

Degré: 14 %

Dégustation:
Ce vin présente une robe or pâle, brillante et lumineuse. Le nez est complexe fin et délicat avec des notes florales. La bouche est très aromatique, ample, etparfumée, avec de notes d’agrumes et de vanille, le tout bien soutenu par une acidité au juste équilibre. Idéal avec poissons, viandes blanches, fromages.
Servir frais 10°C. Potentiel de Garde: 3 ans.

BERGERIE ROUGE

BERGERIE BLANC

Tasting: Nice bright pale color. This blend of white grenache and viognier
will charm you with its fresh «muscat» aroma and will complement aperitif,
seafood, grilled fishes and cheese. To be served at 10°C. Can be kept: 2 – 3
years.
